Our global team of 700+ people is spread across six continents, many of whom are also WorldRemit or Sendwave customers. Our diverse team is the engine that lets us serve the world, delivering exciting new products and services that give millions of people secure and quick access to financial tools that make their lives that little bit easier. In less than a year at Zepz, I have experienced professional growth in several capacities and have had the opportunity to contribute across various teams and departments. Zepz and the leadership team actively encourage questions and deviation from the status quo as we collectively work towards improvement across our product and teams.

I’ve always felt empowered to lead the projects I’m passionate about, backed by a team with incredible drive and a shared mission. Beyond the professional growth, the personal support I received during my maternity leave was exceptional. Knowing I had a team that genuinely cared for my well-being made my transition back seamless and reinforced why this community is so unique.
I have worked for Zepz twice! I was lucky enough to be able to take a year out of the business to undertake a Masters – and I missed the company so much that I sought to return. I love the speed, challenge and diversity of Zepz. I get to do smart things with clever people who make me better at my job and happier in my work. I have never worked anywhere else where the mission is in the bones of colleagues, and that is special.
I have worked at Zepz for approaching 5 years, and it has gone by in a flash. It’s an ever-evolving and innovative business, and there is always something interesting and forward-looking to get involved with. Zepz is the most diverse business I have worked in, and that’s what makes it so uniquely special. You will meet and work with people from all over the world who bring totally fresh perspectives.
My time with Zepz has been truly fulfilling. Starting in 2018 as a Customer Care Representative, I worked my way up to a leadership role. I’ve worked with amazing, diverse people and great leaders who mentored me. I especially value how well employees are treated and Zepz’s openness to hearing their ideas and putting them into practice
Zepz’s fast-paced, action-oriented culture empowers us to deliver quickly. The people are the difference—we are surrounded by talented, driven individuals who collaborate openly. I value the constant growth and opportunity to improve, as Zepz pushes and inspires us to keep raising the bar.
I have grown professionally by a huge amount during my time at Zepz so far. I’ve been given the means and encouragement to do all sorts of things that I didn’t realise I could do and I’ve felt supported throughout. My colleagues are really nice and the corporate mission is real. It’s a challenging environment and a very competitive industry – but there is also a lot of opportunity for professional growth.
